Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Email support@pretacocase.com if your country is unavailable at checkout.

Delivery estimates run from ship date, not order date.
Order Tracking
Your confirmation email includes a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping & Customs
Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. PRETACO is not responsible for customs delays or packages refused due to unpaid duties.
Address Accuracy
Verify your address before ordering. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. Re-shipping fees apply to packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it: check with neighbors, contact your carrier, then email us at support@pretacocase.com if unresolved after 5 business days.
