30-Day Return Policy: We want you to love your Pretaco case. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be in original packaging and unused condition
• Wrist straps and accessories must be included
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective Items: If your case arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@pretacocase.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
